Wolfnest Pet Policy

At Wolfnest Property Management, a welcoming and safe environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure that all of our future residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we require anyone with a pet or animal to complete a third-party screening and evaluation process at wolfnest.petscreening.com. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you have a Service/Assistance Animal, please let us know as we comply with all Fair Housing Act provisions.

Pet & Animal Policy

We do understand that pets are part of your family and we try to accommodate each animal as much as possible. However, pet preferences vary by property and acceptance will vary by the number, age, breed & weight of your animals.

If allowed, please find our pet prices below:

Upfront Pet Fee - $150 for 1 pet. $200 for 2 pets. $250 for 3+ pets.
Monthly Pet Fee - $25-$75 per pet based on the screening results.
